What is the lead time for custom furniture?
Our custom upholstered pieces are typically handcrafted and ready to ship within 4 to 6 weeks. You will receive a tracking notification as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Do you offer fabric swatches?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering swatches to see colors and textures in your own light. You can order up to five complimentary swatches through our Swatch Kit page.
What is your return policy for furniture?
Because our furniture is custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
How is the furniture delivered?
We offer standard threshold delivery and White Glove delivery options. White Glove service includes room-of-choice placement, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
Can I use my own fabric (COM) for upholstery?
Currently, we only offer upholstery in our curated selection of high-quality performance fabrics to ensure the best fit and durability for our designs.
How do I clean and maintain my Coley Home pieces?
Most of our fabrics are performance-grade and can be cleaned with mild soap and water. For specific care instructions based on your fabric choice, please refer to our digital Care Guide.
