At Coley Home, we want you to love your custom pieces, but we understand that sometimes things aren't a perfect fit. We offer a 30-day return window for most non-customized items to ensure your home feels exactly as you envisioned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely repackage your items in their original boxes.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger furniture items through our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
